The cut of pork the farmer calls"fish" is actually the true tenderloins and are much smaller than the larger pork loin that comes from each side of the backbone, and is almost always mistakingly referred to as the tenderloin. They are two(2) different cuts or parts of the pig. Not a real fish, just looks like one when cut!
